Mason-Dixon had one of the most astonishing poll fuckups of the season back in Feb:

In their final Georgia poll, they showed Hillary within 6 points of Obama and getting 23% of the black vote. This is astonishingly bad and to the point of extreme statistical outlier. I don't feel like doing a z-distribution on it, but the odds are something less than .001% that they could have gotten a result like that. Similarly, their Missouri poll was also off:

They showed a 6-point Hillary lead. I think Mason-Dixon has a serious tendancy to understate Obama support.

1. Well, by that same token, PPP has good results in the works for Pennsylvania tonight...

...but people will remind you they had Obama winning the state in the primaries. I'm not sure the two situations are comparable, though.

Mason-Dixon, ironically, is supposed to be real good in South, so it's really weird how much they fucked up Georgia. I will give PPP credit for acknowledging they were wrong and fixed it so that it wouldn't happen again like that.
