1. Obama will get 73 electoral votes immediately as soon as the polls close on the West Coast
CA, WA, OR will be called at 11PM EST.

5. Yep, the states closing at 9:00pm est should put him over the top, of course depending on how fast
the totals are reported and if any big states are too close to call for a long period.

The 9:00 pm closings include: NY, WI, MN, CO, NM. I think the networks may call all of these simply on basis of the exit polls, and the early voting numbers in CO and NM.
