2. I am a Precinct Chair, at training yesterday they instructed us to bring food and drinks
as we will be there ALL day from 6:00 am until (?)

This year we are allowed to bring laptops, but if you don't have a laptop they suggested a book to help during slow times.

If I need additional food or drinks my hubby can bring them to me, we're about a block away from the polls.

I had some lasagna I was thinking about taking over there tomorrow. Of course that might make em all too sleepy!

7. Packaged Rice Krispy Treats? Sure, it's just sugar, but it's comfort also.
Comfort foods help.

5. I'm a poll worker and I'm bringing the leftover
candy from Halloween to pass out if we get a line waiting. If it really gets crowded, I'll send hubby out for cookies. It's more keeping up the spirits than providing food.

8. Having a few Orange Juice bottles and a few packets of sugar handy would be a good idea. Candy bars
also. I'm not diabetic, just thinking about the risk to them in a long wait line.
