Dominoes Pizza General Election Poll
Edited on Sun Nov-02-08 09:46 PM by vaberella
Okay this is very entertaining. So I just ordered dominoes pizza through their website and low and behold they have a little questionnaire poll on the General Election. For those "concerned" about Obama. Obama owns majority of the nation.
You really wouldn't know you're filling out a questionnaire for a poll actually. They ask you are going to vote, how do you see yourself as (Dem or REpub or Other), and who would you vote for if you had the choice.

People voting on Election day: 84%; No: 16% (probably teenagers under 18).

Who would you vote for: 55% Obama, 35% McCain; 10% undecided----nationally Obama has a 10% lead.

Pizza Buyers identify themselves as (and seemingly similar to the "normal" demographic): 46% Dem, 33% Repub, 21% Other.

States Obama has NOT turned blue based on the Dominoes list:
MT, WY, ND, TX, LA, AR, MS, AL, GA, TN, KY (most likely AK it was unlisted).

Every other state has turned Blue. What does this say? It is more likely that Democrats order from Dominoes. Not scientific by any means, but interesting how it works out.

Oh this poll had a number of 9821 participants.

1. Interesting.
I avoid Dominoes specifically because of the nutfuck owner.

2.  Me too. Domino's tastes like cardboard anyway.
The last time I ordered Domino's was way back in 1993, and they put canned mushrooms on my pizza. That was the last time I ordered from them.

My boycott is over 15 years and going strong.

7. Isn't that Tom Moneghan?
He uses the profits to fund far right causes. Anti-abortion organizations. Stuff like that?

I avoid it too, same reason. Before I knew about him, long ago, I had a roommate who pointed out that their pizza tasted like Raisin Bran. I tried putting raisins and cinnamon on it, and dang if it didn't taste good that way.

16. This Democrat doesn't order from Domino's and hasn't for more than a decade.
I'm not supporting what they give they're money to.
