16. But he'll take the capitol!
Salt Lake City may be the "most conservative city" in the country, but thats only if you don't count every other city in Utah. :)

4. I'm in Alabama . . .
I'm not so sure. I think it's going to be very close. Keep an eye out for a surprise victory on election night. Early voting is phenomenal here. And at least 70% of the cars and trucks in the parking lot have Obama bumper stickers.

I think we're in for a tense election night here. Early voting here has been phenominal. And at least 70% of the cars and trucks in the parking lot have Obama bumper stickers. We could . . . again, could . . . have have Democratic governor here come Wednesday morning. Keep an eye out. I think Obama's landslide could engulf most of the South.

SORRY. DUPLICATE POST. But well worth repeating . . .

We don't have early voting in Alabama and we are not electing a governor this year.

Although I believe the election in AL will be closer than the polls show, I think the above poster is pulling our collective legs. Sadly, I don't think Obama has a chance here.

One good thing though--I have seen MANY more Obama bumper stickers and signs than I did for Gore or Kerry and a surprising lack of McSame/Failin signs. I think this bodes well for the rest of the country.

I'm hoping it's close and that it adds to a landslide in the overall popular vote.
