So after all that time tromping around PA, all that publicity, all those scare tactics and $$$...

...McCain is poised to lose the state by a wider margin than Bush did in either 2000 or 2004. Hell, even Rasmussen, who gave him a 4 point lead a few days ago, raised Obama's lead up to 6 points today. (Gore won it by 4.5)

It makes sense. McCain was losing PA by double digits because HE HADN'T BEEN THERE for weeks--incredible, considering the advantages that state held for him. But his last stand in the Keystone State is going to fail because
(according to John King on CNN) the Philadelphia area accounts for about 1/3 of the PA vote, and Obama will win that area by higher numbers than either of his predecessors. He's a hit with the young people, and black people couldn't be more excited. They'll all vote in pouring rain if they have to on Tuesday, just wait and see.

Add in the Pittsburgh area, where Ashley Todd did McCain no favors by fanning the flames of racial tension--and the GOP in the middle of the state can go screw themselves.

I'm about ready to put Pennsylvania into our corner as a solid win. Talk me UP, somebody.

1. I've always thought Obama would win Pa. I'm not willing to guess
by how much, but he'll win. It cracks me up when I hear the argument "Hillary beat Obama by a WIDE MARGIN IN PA"! Are these people so stupid that they don't realize they are talking about a primary where it was Dem against Dem? That things change drastically when you have a campaign Dem against Pug! I LOL when I hear at least SOME pundits admit that McNuts thought if he selected a woman as a running mate, he'd get all those Hillary voters and they were wrong! They were so stupid to think that Hillary supporters were there only because she was a WOMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
