Why the heck does MINN have a pug governor?

I was thinking about how if Coleman won he might be thrown out of the senate or have to resign shortly thereafter over corruption charges.

But he would be replaced by Tim Pawlenty. Yuk.

The Democratic candidate, Mike Hatch, blew it against Pawlenty and so Pawlenty eked out a win.

Now we're on the verge if being screwed again. I just hope Al pulls this off.

5. It was a very close race

It looked like Hatch was going to pull it off. Governor Fee-plenty was first elected in 2002 thanks to the fear factor. (Same year as Coleman)

10. There's always an Independent candidate and that always

splits the vote. For some reason Indies get around 8-10% of the vote here. I don't understand it either.
