1. Haven't played that for a while now.
Guess I'll break out my guitar too... which is a nylon string Cordoba FCWE like the second one he played. :D

2. Sweet!
I learned on an old Gibson f-hole Archtop. Mood for a Day was always a standby. :D

3. You could probably put a down payment on a house for the price of an old Gibson f-hole archtop
I'd rather have the Gibson. :D I still have my 1st, an SG. :loveya:

4. It was my best friend's deceased father's, and was loaned to me for
just over 5 years... I reluctantly had to give it back as they (he and his mom) wouldn't sell it at any price because of the sentimental value. After that is was all electrics with a Morley wah wah pedal... pretty much distortion central :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

5. Dude ? ... I almost WISH you didnt do that ...
I have spent the last hour plus starting from that song, and linking through NUMEROUS Yes clips ... including Close To The Edge (with the backing Symphony in 2001), Gates of Delirium, And You And I, Starship Troopers, and finally: Chris Squire playing Bass with the Foo Fighters in Vegas about 6 weeks ago ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zYp7e-XeeF0&NR=1

Just for shits and grins: Check out this EARLY Genesis with Peter Gabriel: Return Of The Giant Hogweed ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZSLcwGFyZRA

One of my favorite Genesis songs: The coda is amazing in it's texture and intensity .. I mean: This is from 1972 .... Gabriel has yet to shave the middle of his head: Phil Collins still HAS hair ... All their equipment is literally patched together with tape and baling wire ....

And to top it off: Let's trace back to the Foo's, except this time: performing 'Young Man Blues', ALA The Who's Live At Leeds ... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75l7MFSHGqs

And now: Time for bed about 2 hours later than intended ...

I love this stuff ...

6. Thanks for the links!
Back in the days I was a huge fan of King Crimson with Fripp and Bruford showcasing their amazing talent. Those guys absolutely floored me with their technical acumen and schizoid fervor. Not quite as melodic as Genesis and Yes, but absolutely cutting edge...

Hard to find any quality posts in youtube of them though :-(

Anywhoo... thanks again for the links you provided and sorry for keeping you up
