Why does the right hate America?

I can't wait to use this line of attack starting tommorrow night.

Remember when we were told over and over again that if you didn't support W, or agree with everything you did, you hated America?

Revenge will be sweet.

1. I seriously believe

they have a big problem with the constitution because it actually provides liberties to all citizens, not just white male christians. They see the constitution as a weapon to be used against those they hate. They have a hard time understanding the constitution is a shield to protect all of us. That is christian conservatism in a nutshell.

4. They are Christians in name only.

It looks to me as if any behavior is condoned as long as they are the ones doing it. The old boy's club. Everyone else is "down there", beneath contempt and lazy. I know these assholes well.

2. Because they hate themselves. They have no hope in their lives.

3. Fear. Power does not concede without a fight

They see America as a narrow oligarchy, based not on wealth (obviously, why else would a so called plumber who owes back taxes fight for a multi-millionaire?) based on race, gender, sexual orientation glued together by a form of theology which uses scripture to reinforce their power base.

They hate civil rights, women's rights, gay rights, environmentalism all of which has been part of the RW propaganda machine brain washing them for forty years, into a friday night-football, rah rah, kick ass, six pack, six brain cells, mentality.

Freedom of choice. Freedom from religion. The regular stuff.
