A friend emailed this to me and said 'it worries her'. I'm hearing impaired and can't make it out well. Plus, it's out of context. She asked me what I think about it.... help me out here.

2. Oh, that's his plan to kill all the white people in their sleep...

... kidding of course. I'm not exactly sure myself but I have heard him make references to revitalizing the Peace Corps or doing something like that.

It's hard to tell in just a 20 second clip the context of what he's saying.

Whatever it is, it's NOTHING to be concerned about. The man will go down as one of the kindest presidents we'll ever have.

3. He is talking about the police. Treating attacks as crimes

rather than "terrorism". Which is what they are. This clip was very much out of context.
