14. I will vote on tuesday
1 Block from my house, as I have for years. Fortunately where I live there are no lines at the polls.

I have been contacted four times by Obama volunteers since Friday. First was a call from the national Dems reminding me to get out and vote. They didn't say who to vote for, just go vote, which I thought was very tactful. I got a robocall with Michelle Obama's voice which was also tactful and pleasant (as opposed to the twisted robo-calls McCain has been sending out.) On Saturday morning two Obama volunteers came to my door and I spoke to them for about 5 minutes. Sunday my wife got a call from an Obama volunteer reminding her where her polling place was located. This is in a SAFE state (Washington.) I was very impressed with the last push, take nothing for granted, effort by Obama's campaign.

I feel pretty good about tomorrow!

17. Haven't, and not going to...
we all know it's going to be a landslide for Obama, but the Republicans are going to steal it via rigged voting machines and voter intimidation. My vote won't count because I live in a strongly conservative state that wouldn't got for Obama anyway.

:sarcasm:

21. If you do not vote then you are an "IDIOT" , literally.
From the original ancient Greek source of the word, if you were too self absorbed to participate in the democracy by voting you were an "IDIOTA".

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idiot
"Idiot" was originally created to refer to "layman, person lacking professional skill", "person so mentally deficient as to be incapable of ordinary reasoning".<6><7> Declining to take part in public life, such as democratic government of the polis (city state), such as the Athenian democracy, was considered dishonorable. "Idiots" were seen as having bad judgment in public and political matters.
