You have a Constitutional right to give even the POTUS the finger. That comes from a Maryland case involving a traffic stop. A maryland driver was pulled over and durring the stop he gave the cop the finger. The cop arrested him. The guy took the case to SCOTUS. SCOTUS ruled that was not a protection afforded the POTUS and therefore the officer also did not deserve that protection. Somewhere between cop and POTUS falls Senators. So Obama has a Constitutional right to give McCain the finger. I think we all should join Obama in giving McCain the finger.
