I used to stop by his office on a regular basis just to tell his staffers how much he disgusted me.

16. This is going to get me in trouble...
Red Wheeler, a Democratic candidate for sheriff in Hillsborough County (Manchester/Nashua), NH.

Wheeler switched parties to run for the seat 2 years ago. He voted for Bush in his uncontested 2004 primary, but didn't vote in this year's NH primary, when he had a choice of Obama, Clinton, Richardson, Biden, Dodd, Kucinich, and Edwards.

His campaign is being run by a local right wing activist named Joe Kelly Levasseur. Levasseur, who has been disowned by most mainstream Republicans, is a crank with a history of sending out weird smear flyers and filing bogus legal proceedings against his political opponents. He once called DNC member Kathy Sullivan a "fat liberal b&%#h" at a GOP dinner.

Wheeler knew about all of this, yet chose to play ball anyways. He's not a real Democrat, so he's not getting my vote.

25. I'm with ya...
I got a DINO sheriff also. Says he's labor, then went and declared war on the union which represent his deputies because they had the audacity to go around and try for collective bargaining. What an asshole.

See a mini-tyrant drunk with power.

18. Lieberman
Yes, technically, he's not running, but he's pretty much staked his future political life on John McCain winning. Even with the democrats staying in control of the Senate and a McCain win (HA!), he would be sitting pretty from the republicans supporting him to show their gratitude. However, when Obama cinches the deal, the republicans are going to be too pissed off at McCain for losing by not running an "aggressive-enough" campaign (in their opinion) and will be too worried about their own situation to care about Lieberman, and hopefully, the democrats will boot him from any positions of power as well even if keeping him in the fold would give them 60 votes.

If at all possible, I hope whatever nice office he's in is given to a true democrat, and he's moved to the basement or wherever else losers go. I want him to finish up his term in a cramped office, and I want him to sit in there with the lights off, looking down at nothing and mumbling to himself how unfair life is while the real democrats get to work fixing the country.
