Does anybody remember the media stating 'people have the jitters' |
|
about one party controlling all the branches of government back in 2004?
they just keep saying over and over that people are jittery about this election and the 'liberals' dominating the government...
but i dont recall anybody sounding the hysteria alarm back in 2004 when the conservatives actually did take control of the entire government...
if someone on DU remembers the same concern being shared back in 2004 that is being shared now... please let me know.

2. Nope. As I recall, they were giddy over the prospect of a "permanent Republican majority." |

i mean, we are accused of being something we arent... and heck, they dont even get accused of being to much of anything.

They were paid to mouth RNC talking points.
Their propaganda just isn't working as it once did, and they are realizing that they are losing much of their power because we make an end-run around them via the Tubes of The Internets.

I've even seen yard signs that say something about single party rule being bad... I think they're trying to set the stage so that 2010 is 1994 for the Repukes. Obama and the congress will have a tough hill to climb.
