The Mac attacks, the RNC attacks, the 527 attacks are flooding the airwaves and they have been for a couple of days now. I just saw some uber-scare ad by some group called Let Freedom Ring, featuring Frank Gaffney. At least it had better production values than that miserable Rev. Wright ad.

Obama's message the last few days has been one of optimism. McCain has simply attacked Obama and rambled on about how he's an american and a fighter. Not a very attractive message. I can't help but wonder if it's not driving voters to Obama instead of from him.

1. No One Wants to Vote for a Vicous Attack Dog or a Slanderer
This is where the "I approved this message" regulation comes in. It should have deterred McCain from some of those ads, but it didn't.
