After all, we have a Democratic governor, and both senators are Democrats. Only wish the Dems had run a challenger in AR-3--had to vote Green instead, just to cast a vote against Boozman.

Texas was a mixed bag, last time.
Pencildick lost Travis Co (Austin) and took Harris (Houston) and Dallas counties by only a couple of points.

But. being a Texan, I would love to see The Great State go indigo.

As I wrote weeks ago Georgia will not go blue guaranteed,of the eleven states of the confederacy Virginia,Florida and North Carolina are the best chances in that order.A good chance 2 of 3 would go blue.

Now, I am a Maryland resident, but I go to grad school in Roanoke. I went to undergrand in Lynchburg and I remember what that place was like during the '04 election (not pretty, being so close to Falwell... :puke: ). It would be a wonderful thing to see VA turn away from the hateful views of Falwell...

31. From what I've heard...Falwell Jr...
...who runs Liberty University in Lynchburg, is allowing all students to vote in Lynchburg. That's okay, I guess. Supposedly they are ALL voting McCain. Of course, maybe there's a "I'm fucking sick of being told what to do Effect" and a few will hit the button for Obama in the privacy of the booth.

45. That place is weird
They have the strangest rules for a "college" (dress codes, what kind of music/movies they're allowed, supposedly a curfew), yet some find ways around them. Which comes off as a little hypocritical, but then maybe some had no choice about going there. Still, yeah, the school is probably under the belief that the students are voting for McCain. I wouldn't be surprised if they encouraged them to vote that way...

Texas - 34 EVs, baby. Would seal the deal for certain.

Florida - payback time for 2000.

Alaska - Fuck you, Caribou Barbie.

Note I didn't say Arizona, because I think McCain is better than the GOP shit he's spouting. When this is over, he'll go back to being his old self, which was much better for him and the country. I hope he tells the GOP to fuck off after tommorrow, too.
