Bristol would have had to get pregnant with the second baby while still pregnant with the first one.
However, the YOUNGER daughter, Willow, could be the mother.

either an abortion or meds. She could suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (thus, the tanning bed) and be taking some kind of antidepressant.
