Palin's second "policy" speech...?

We know her first "policy" speech was on special needs children...remember the one that made the entire global scientific community gasp...but what about her second "policy" speech...it was supposed to be on energy and Iraq...did she ever give it?

I don't remember hearing about it?

"The parents are full of thankfulness" in regards to her.
