I just lost another Obama sign from my yard.

Sigh. It's ok though, I will just put out another tomorrow at first light. I have extras for my neighbors too, they keep losing theirs as well. On Wednesday morning I will put up a new sign. "YOU STOLE MY SIGNS BUT NOT MY VOTE". I like to imagine how pissed off my sign thief is that I never seem to run out. :-)

1. I put a note on the back of each of mine. It says: "You stole my first sign,

sign so I got three. And I donated 3x as much while I was there. So think twice before stealing this one." =D

2. I had three in my yard - today, I was minus one

But I was left a note on my mailbox:

"I hope you don't mind - but we took one of your signs because we cant find any of our own. We saw you had three, we're sorry we promise its going to good use!"

Then they left their name and phone number. I called them tonight and told them if they wanted another that they could come get one, that I've got a stockpile of them for tomorrow. Very nice couple! Invited them to the HQ tomorrow night for the watch party or to at least stop by for a drink and a chat anytime!.

My thief tears them up and leaves them all over the place. I do believe we have a racist in town.

7. Surprisingly enough, there's been very little of that here

There are plenty of Obama signs out this cycle, far more than any previous election I've been around since Clinton/Bush 92 when I was in seventh grade when I started taking notice of these things.

I've been driving up and down southeast Denver, and am pleased that Obama signs have continued to spring out at a rate of 8 to 1 McImgonnalosetomorrow signs.

Yesterday I left up my half sign as a silent testament to the losers. Today I put up a new sign and it disappeared just after dark.

Tie fishing-line to it and run the other end into the house tied off on some windchimes so you'll know when they're snatching it.

9. I have actually thought about steeling some McCain signs.

I know shame, shame.

The back of my property faces a major road, and I had several Obama signs along my fence. (They were along the fence on the easement, not on my property.)

Today I noticed that my Obama signs were gone, and they were replaced by four McCain/Palin signs.

Should I take them?
