Anybody else gonna miss all the text messages from the Obama campaign?

I signed up to see who the VP was, and I've gotten text messages nearly every day since.

Just got a text from Obama's campaign urging me to vote.

2. I think they might just ask our help in fixing the country

They've got our names, phone numbers and addresses and will want us to volunteer to fix the mess that W has left us.

I hate text messages. I only signed up in the event that I might be needed for local campaign information.

That having been said, I'm glad the campaign did it; many people live for text messages, and it's been a terrific means of engaging those of us on the ground.
