I just went downstairs and saw something stuffed in the front door. I opened it up and found a McCain sign pinned to my front door.
I took it off, but it was odd to find. I've never had that happen before.
I live in New York.
Weird.
Anyone else have this happen to you?

i just threw it out. I was kinda shocked, because I'm on Long Island and the Republican party here is in the pits.
Plus, it's not like he has any chance of winning here, I don't even know why they're bothering to spend the money.

6. Be glad they spent it on you |
|
and didn't put the sign on the door of someone that was still undecided. Anyone still undecided at this point would let something stupid like that sway their vote.

4. Are you a registered Independent? |
|
If so, the Republicans probably tagged you as someone who is persuadable.
So....ARE you????? ;)

7. I caught some pranksters trying to place a Bush sign in my yard in '04. I just laughed at them and |
|
calmly stowed it in the recycle bin.

9. Same thing happened today with an Obama flier though |
|
I was in the bath when someone knocked on the door, by the time I got a towel and unlocked the front door the guy was driving away. It was a union flier for Obama/Biden and Franken.
Guess everyone's making the final GOTV pushes.

11. Two "Obama" door hangers here in PA!!! |
|
The foot soldiers are visible here in Bucks County, PA!
Good thing, too -- because we are being bombarded with McCain TV and radio ads. I think they put their entire budget into Pennsylvania. (It didn't help Bush when he visited like 40 times during his campaign...PA went blue.)
The Obama ads are fabulous in that they are varied, interesting...and compelling. McCain's ads are just ugly and so negative.

12. McCain's campaign mailed us a bunch of junk |
|
and we also got a phone call from his office. Hell if I know why, because we live in S.C. and every voter in this house votes Dem. If they are nervous here then it's a great sign. Took almost 4 hours in line today to vote. Might make this state a lighter shade of red....ya.
