... Forecasters predict the nor'easter to move along the North Carolina coast today through Wednesday, with rainfall totals from the storm possibly as high as 5 inches in some spots. The rain could cause some flooding in low-lying areas or areas with poor drainage, according to the National Weather Service.

5. Midwest Looking Good
Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin,Illinois, Indiana, Ohio will have some sweet weather. Bodes well for Obama.
