What branch of government in the USA has more power over your life?

In my humble opinion, Congress has more power.

They make the laws.

But your mileage may vary (YMMV). ;)

That just doesn't make any sense to me, with all the talk about Obama "ordering" Congress to do this and that. :P

I read comments like that here at DU a month or so ago and the poster seemed to genuinely believe that the President was the 'BossMan' of the House and Senate. :crazy: BTW? (By The Way?) The President is ONLY called "The Commander in Chief" when it is in regards to the military! I am not military and so, he is my President, NOT my "Commander in Chief"! Please stop using it; if you are not in the military!! Thank You!!! ;)
