I cast my first presidential election vote for Jimmy Carter in 1976 |
|
and I haven't missed an election since. Every two years, every four years, I'm there. If they held a special election for interim dog catcher, I'd find out who is the dem and I'd vote.
Thirty two years of elections, primaries, heartbreaks and defeat, two thefts, family disputes and a few exciting wins, this day is without a doubt, the most exciting and important election of my lifetime.
I'm exhilerated like I've never been before. This day is special. This day will live in my memory for the rest of my life.
We're gonna kick repuke ass all over this country today and WE'RE GONNA TAKE THIS COUNTRY BACK!

I came to tears already this morning and it wasn't because I couldn't find my coffee pot after moving last 3 days....
It was because in the state I reside, the bluest of the blue, the lines are OUT THE DOOR ALREADY to Vote in a nearby small city!!!
  :loveya:
I'm overwhelmed again... ... I need coffee!! :woohoo:
