Voting Report from Silver Spring, Maryland
Edited on Tue Nov-04-08 08:12 AM by thecorrection
We had an hour long wait in an elementary school that seemed to have turned off the AC. It was touch screen voting with no outward issues. 3 Obama votes from my household!

Sidenote: In Maryland you can wear campaign swag in the booths. You could tell who was votin' for McCain*, they had scowls on their faces when they saw my in my Obama shirt. There didn't seem to be many of them though.

Barack the Vote, Barack the Vote, Barack the Vote Obama! (That's the cheer we made up).
