If people are reporting problems here, they might just be correct. The earlier we know, the more time to do something about it.

5. I don't understand why voting problems don't lead to putting people in jail ....

... its the election after all. If you tossed their ballots in the garbage you'd go to jail. I think it should be the same if you don't provide working voting equipment.
