AND YES PLEASE WHINE ABOUT PROVISIONAL BALLOTS-- SHOUT AND DEMAND A REAL BALLOT. Get one if you can and only accept provisionals as the last resort. Lots of provisional ballots are not counted. They are deemed flawed because they're "provisional" so they're set aside to be adjudicated later.
