Question: Can They Turn You Away If You Driver's License Address Is Different...
from you voter registration card? I just realized that I moved since I got my driver's license a brazillion years ago.

1. I used my CA license in NY this morning.
But just to be safe, I would also bring a bill with your current address on it.

4. if they are caging people, yeah. but bring a utility bill or whatever official
looking stuff you have as well as your sample ballot and give it a shot.

8. NO! Liscence used for ID only, not address verification. Most places ask your address....
I heard two poll workers discuss this very thing, and the precinct leader said that addresses on liscenses are the business of the Division of Motor Vehicles and none of their business.

this is your first time voting at that poll. But if you get a hassle, either call your local Dem headquarters, go and talk to the Democratic poll workers (hopefully there are some folks handing out lit and sample ballots), or call

10. In Oregon we have to update our registration ....
everytime we move. I doubt we'd get a ballot if it weren't current.
