It IS after all, Kansas..Part II |
|
My wife and I provide a lot of day care services to our divorced daughter for our grandchildren. So yesterday, when the first grader got home he was bubbling over with the news he had voted that day. No big deal, yet. Now, he may have picked up that Gampa was an Obama supporter, but it has never been a priority to convince him one way or the other at his age.
So I was very surprised when he told us he had voted for McCain at school. When we asked him why, he said that he was going to vote for Obama but teacher said Obama wants to kill all the babies.
I work at the school part time and while I can get by on my pension, the part time job sure makes it easier; so there's a limit to how many waves I want to generate. But I guess based on the "Der Hitler Jugend" model, that's how they keep Kansas red.

1. OMG!! You really need to call and complain about this |
|
Where in KS? I live in KS but I teach in MO. And that is an incredibly inappropriate thing for a teacher to say to a kid that age.
PLEASE call the school. Start with the teacher. Then call the principal. If you don't like what they tell you, call the school district.
I am serious. You really need to report this.

told my 13 year old niece that Obama was a drug user and would promote using illegal drugs.
And he was going to take guns away from everyone.
