2. I heard on the news wrong registration rolls were delivered to some polling places

which effectively means no one can vote their until they get it straightened out

3. Missouri doesn't have early voting.

And the mixed up rolls got straightened out (my ward was one of them). The whole neighborhood stood in line down the block. Everyone was upbeat, laughing and joking.
