Here is Palin's answer when asked if she voted for Ted Stevens: |
|
"I am also exercising my right to privacy and I don't have to tell ANYBODY who I vote for. Nobody does and that's really cool about America also and um, I think some significance here also that you can appreciate, you who have traveled a long way to be here to even cover this vote is, now you can recognize how far removed Alaska is from Washington politics which is good, that is healthy, it's a great perspective that I bring to this whole Washington, Wall Street arena..."
Word for word. I paused the tv to get it. Just another example also of how she rambles on and also keeps using the word "also," too. :D

Exactly. If she was REALLY a "maverick," she would've stuck with her earlier |

statement that Stevens should be removed (or something similar). She should've said she did NOT vote for STEVENS since he's proven to be a corrupt politician-the kind she wants to get rid of in Washington (or Wall St. since she doesn't seem to know the difference).

She always sounds like she is trying to get the answer right in under a minute. The "and also" is a beauty pageant trick to use the time up.

the whole point of her non-answer is that we can infer that she VOTED for that corrupt Senator! I can't believe nobody commented on her "answer" about that!
