I haven't watched any post-election news since 1996
Edited on Tue Nov-04-08 02:03 PM by Kurt_and_Hunter
2000: The minute Gore conceded I turned off the TV and consumed almost no news from any source for almost a year, until 9/11.

2004: The minute the election was called for Bush I turned off the TV and consumed almost no news from any source for years, until a few days into the Israeli invasion of Lebanon.

It will be odd to see TV news or read a newspaper in a post-election environment.

1. Same!
In 2000, I watched the whole recount fiasco, but the second he conceded, I stopped watching the news until 9/11.

In 2004, it wasn't until late 2004 that I decided to venture back to cable news.
