All week long I have been sick, but I felt good today

I have had a bad cold, sinus infections, or some bad crud all week long. I knew that I would be feeling the worse on election day, today. But I decided I was going to get up at 7:00AM anyway and wait in line. I waited in line for three hours to cast my vote for Barack Obama and Joe Biden, and of course local races. The whole time I was standing in line I actually felt good. I didn't notice my cold while I was talking with the nice people in line. Of course now that my adrenaline has left me, I back to feeling sick again. But it will all be worth it at the end of the night, when Obama becomes the next President of the United States.

Anyway I just wanted to say the sick man in Georgia got out and voted, so no excuses.

Each and every one of the fifty or so people in my office has had this in the past few weeks. I just got over it yesterday, myself.
