My sister was forced to fill out a provisional ballot...

She went to vote and they didn't have her name. She said she filled out the paperwork when she got her driver's license. I asked if she got her registration card and she said she didn't. For some reason it appears she wasn't registered. She's going to call the election board in KS on Monday. She's upset that her vote may not be counted.
