1. And in a state without early voting, which would have given time to sort such things out.
The GOP thinks the fix is in in PA.

3. This has been my primary concern - no early voting in PA, the only waMcCain wins is with PA, plus -
the whole Bradley effect / central PA racist issue ---

All of this serves to justify a "surprising" win in the state, where they can cause enough problems and move enough votes (through whatever means necessary) to pick up the 6-8% that they'll need for the state.

2. More details please, location, number off the rolls?
There were 200 or so in Boston but it was a mistake, and they got them back on.... just a computer glitch a few missing pages.

Provisional ballots are given to anyone...

Maybe it is something to be concerned about, maybe not, I don't know, but I am concerned
