What and who will you be glad to forget (or not take seriously) after tonight?
Edited on Tue Nov-04-08 04:12 PM by Armstead
For me, top of the list is John McCain and Sarah Palin. (Please God, make it possible to forget them after tomorrow.) Closely followed by Tucker Bounds and the other nasty McCain surrtogates.

The political scene in Alaska.

Very closely followed by Joe the Plumber. Good night and good luck Joe.

Worrying whether Pat Buchanan's predictions may be right.

Caring what Joe Scarborough thinks and says.

Worrying about how many people watch Fox News and take it seriously...

There's more, I'm sure. Got any to add?

6. I just want to see palin as far from the presidency as possible.
And as close to a jail cell as she is far from the oval office.

Over the overt racism, the smears, the lies and the cynical divisiveness of the mcRacist campaign, the the single move that told me EVERYTHING I needed to know about the love he feels for our country and the respect he holds us all in, was his decision to put palin on the ticket. After that, it became imperative to stop them.

33. Yeah, no kidding. She has redefined "negative campaigning" during this election cycle.
I grew up in North Carolina, and Dole almost makes me ashamed to admit that. She is one of the sleaziest and dirtiest campaigners I have ever seen, and I just take comfort in knowing that it is highly likely that she will lose the election tonight. It warms my heart to know that Jesse Helms' former seat may go to a female Democrat. The only thing that could possibly top that would be if Hagan were African American. :)

Oh, and did you see THIS bullshit?

for office. These damned old people just can't let go of the Washington scene! I'll bet you my next paycheck that if she loses her seat she WON'T come back to NC. AND, if she DOES lose her seat, it will be the first time in DECADES that there hasn't been a BUSH or a DOLE in DC! I LOVE it!

30. All the nasty RW radio/tv personalities: Rush Limpballs, Nancy Fartinghoward, *ucker Bounds,
Anne CounterCulture, Hannity, Un'Reality on Fu*ks News, Lou DirtDobber, that PATHETIC morning crew on F*cks & Friends, and ALL the friggin' repuke candidates-who-should-have-been-selected-as-McCain's-running-mate who gushed and gooed over Bimbo Palin as the best candidate. I hope everyone of them is unseated because imo they lost credibility for blatantly endorsing Palin. May they all be unseated and replaced with Dems.
