Hard to believe she's smarter, but I think if Bush was born to her parents, he'd have died as a teen in a drunken stupor, snowmobiling through the ice in a summer thaw.

I'm not saying she's smart. I'm just saying she's got a bit more on the ball than he does. He's a friggin stump.

That said, she still failed out of college, so intellectually she's just as weak as him. But in terms of people skills, she's a bit smarter. Rove could have trained her up way faster than he did the idiot from Midland.
