You may have to go to Menu > All Channels

I only get four channels (CNN, FOX News, MSNBC and BBC).

I guess I don't get the network channels because I don't have HD.

i dont have HD from DTV and i got an email from them that said nothing about HD.

it states u just hafta have a receiver that allows for interactivity... which should be any that have come out in the last few years (says model D18 or above)
