After voting earlier today me and my 9yr old daughter volunteered to hold up signs next to our polling place (this was a first for me). We loved the honks,waves and thumbs up we received - but I was taken a back by the number of people who had no problem giving a 9yr old the finger. This was in New Hampshire!!!!

A friend was holding up signs the other day in support of "No on 8." He said he was called "faggot" at least 30 times. This is in Santa Rosa, CA. You can't get any bluer than here.

I saw a lady in a McDonald's drive-thru tell the drive-through guy to "take my order and shove it up your ass"...with a 5 year old in the back seat.
