arent those numbers really good if they hold up in Indiana and Ohio? Wont Obama improve in his numbers among White women?

Note: I understand they arent exactly reliable these exit polls, but they were spinning these numbers as troubling, and i'm not sure how troubling they are.

1. I know polls had Obama signicantly down among white men in VA...
so I don't know how this is "news" or troubling.

2. Ohio is kickass. I think late deciders in OH went to Obama in a big way.
We'll reserve judgement on VA.

4. Even VA isn't too bad. Look at latest SUSA numbers:

Obama losing the whole white vote 40-57 and doing much better with women - and still ahead by 4.

7. Good thing 10-15% more women are voting than men
And good thing a lot of the voters aren't white men...

8. Thats actually great!
For instance, in Indiana a SurveyUSA Poll that had Obama ahead by 4 a few weeks ago had Obama losing men by 7%. That was all men, so one would assume he was losing white men by about 10%. Once again, that poll had him winning by 4 overall, so this is good.

13. No Democrat has won a majority of white men since the 1960s.
If Obama is this close in those states, we could be looking at a landslide.
