2. I heard that 50% of all NV register voters participated in early voter.

I believe I saw a TV report on CBS, but did not research the accuracy of it.

4. I believe it, CA has been sending volunteers for months
We've been sending thousands of volunteers into our neighbor state Nevada for months now. A few weeks ago they had to tell us to STOP sending so many because they didn't have enough for them all to do.
