...look at the numbers for San Benito County. It's considered a good indicator for many partisan races, and in 2000 was within a point of the state totals on Proposition 22. If we are close there - as in above 48% - I think we'll win on Proposition 8.

I actually haven't seen much stuff on 8 here. Some signs on Sunrise and scattered around, but not too much.

I was, incidentally, very heartened by seeing LINES at my polling place on White Rock. Mostly people of color. Never been lines there before!
