4:45: Pace around the room
4:56: Run back to desk and refresh DU
4:57: Glue eyes to CNN
4:57:43: Look at why I refreshed DU. Click on every link and don't really read any of them
5:04: Pace around the room
5:08: Glue eyes to CNN
5:09: Frantically refresh DU, but refuse to look at Drudge
5:11: Pace around the room
5:12: Turn it to FOX News and yell "FUCK YOU!" really loudly
5:13: Pace around the room
5:17: Jump onto my mattress
5:19: Turn off TV, shut laptop, and tell myself I won't pay any attention till midnight.
5:19:20: Turn on TV, open laptop.
5:21: Pace around the room.
5:22: Try to meditate, but when I channel my inner thoughts, they're about me doing bad things to Republicans. I remember why I repressed these thoughts to begin with and stop meditating.
5:23: Pace around the room
5:28: Feel like I'm about to have a heart attack
5:30: Tell myself it's okay, because I can't do anything about it now.
5:31: Curse the previous sentiment
5:32: Pace frantically around the room
5:38: Glue eyes to CNN while still pacing
5:42: Imagine the unthinkable
5:44: Imagine Obama winning
5:46: Ask myself what I'll be doing in eight hours
5:50: Pace around the room
5:55: Log onto DU. Make "An election night in the life of EastTennesseeDem" post.

2. I've tried the latter in college. Won't do it again.
