In 1/2 an hour, I'll be on the highway headed for downtown Chicago!!!!!!

I live about 2 hours east of downtown Chicago. I've got an exam tomorrow and had planned on spending the evening going between my desk and the TV. I've been studying for the last few days for my exam, so I figured "what the hell...if I don't know it by now, I'm dead in the water anyway."

So, I've decided, quite on the spur of the moment, to motor 2 hours west and witness the fruits of what I believe will be our country's most historically significant elections to date. I'll be back in plenty of time to catch a few-hour catnap before my exam, and then I can come home and snooze the rest of the day, content that we have triumphed and turned our country back from the brink of disaster.

I'm going to celebrate tonight with nearly a million other Obama supporters. Wouldn't miss this for the world.
