73.3 X 58 = 4251 McCain
73.3 X 41 = 3005 Obama

Blacks are 19.9%
19.9 X 9 = 179 McCain
19.9 X 91 = 1811 Obama

4251 + 179 = 4430 McCain
1811 + 3005 = 4816 Obama

73.3% + 19.9% = 93.2%
So those past 93.2% are non-white and also likely to vote for Obama

in VA. He was picking up about 39% of white voters in those polls.
