My wife made fresh mozzarella cheese (seriously - she started with milk, and ended with cheese) a few weeks ago, and we had Caprese salad. If it weren't for the freeze we had the week before, the basil would have been fresh from our garden, and it would have been all homemade, excepting the salt, pepper and olive oil.
