:wtf: Anyone seeing this on MSNBC? Fill in a space between two boxes to indicated your vote? Anybody vote on one of these ballots?

I thought it was common sense. Regardless, there should be a big sign at the polling place so people get it. Unless these were absentee.

The real problem here is we have had a different ballot every election cycle. Butterfly->Diebold->Optical (fill-in the arrow)
