Lots of people affected and passionate about this amendment. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

This is not just a "gay marriage" amendment. It's about taking away rights of people who have been in committed relationships for years.

13. It's not going to pass constitutional muster.
It was drummed up to be placed on this ballot to get out the "values voter" who vote R for president that otherwise wouldn't turn up to vote for McCrazy.
