As Chuck Todd said about three and a half hours ago, when asked the same question by KO, the McCain campaign is basically covering its ass just in case. It's just a prudent move that any losing campaign would probably take to save itself. Any port in a storm, and all that rot.
Things will have to become one hell of a lot tighter nationally for this lawsuit to take off. And yes, Todd and KO did share a chuckle over it.
