LOL Oh, yeah -- THAT was what happened. :eyes: It had NOTHING to do with all those patriotic, hard-working, middle-class folks voting for hope and change and honesty and real security and the American dream for people not corporations -- the middle-class folks that registered THEMSELVES. No, it had to be the fake Mickey Mouse and Goofy applications that ACORN was required BY LAW to submit to the local election boards whose job it was (read: NOT ACORN's) to toss out as obvious fakes.

And of course it had NOTHING to do with McCain/Palin's views on... well, just about everything, as well as their negative campaigning and their philosophies and policies that have already been tried and failed. And it had NOTHING to do with Palin falling woefully short of the necessary gravitas requirements. (Note: Simply having a job doesn't mean you have acquired any valuable experience.)

I am sometimes amazed that so many Republicans believe their own hype machine. Their views certainly don't hinge on taking in the Big Picture, because so many of their assertions don't hold up under scrutiny, and so many of them cancel eachother out (e.g. Obama is both a Muslim AND a radical black Christian?). And why don't they realize that enacting policies that concentrate wealth in the top 1-5% *is* in fact a redistribution of wealth?? And why, after 20 years, have they not yet seen that the trickle-down theory, which looks so good on paper, does not work in reality due to something left out of the equation: human greed?

OK, off the soap box, back to the electoral maps.
